Sorry to be up just a little late today. I was out on a trip and forgot to bring my charge cord for my laptop….eeeeeek! Fortunately I had enough power to make the order for me and my club from the new Stampin’ Up catalog so at least it wasn’t a total crisis. *smile* The fantastic Narelle is our sketch hostess over at Freshly Made Sketches today and she has done it again. This one can be layered or simple…either way, will be totally fun for you!
I kept it REALLY simple for today but I still love the result. I used some now retired DSP from the Occasions Catalog. I punched a circle with my 2-1/2″ Circle Punch and cut the rectangle. I cut the sentiment with the Mini Treat Bag Thinlit words die and embossed a piece of Whisper White with the Large Polka Dots Embossing Folder. A bright button and some Baker’s Twine, then I popped the layer onto a Bermuda Bay base. This is one that could easily be duplicated with any DSP and super to make in a pack to have on hand.
The team has shown so many amazing variations with this sketch and you will be happy you stopped over to take a look. Before I forget, I want to make sure that you saw that Freshly Made Sketches is now on Instagram! We can be found at @freshlymadesketches!
I’m so glad you joined me today! Now….off to take a quick nap before the kiddos get home from school. Have a great Wednesday!

I love this card, Jennifer! It’s one of those ones that made me say “why didn’t I think of that!” I love how you used the DSP pieces and the framelits sentiment. Great card!
Fabulous use of the sketch. I love the simple “for you” – the button and twine is the perfect accent.
I am loving these fabulous bright colours together! The button and sentiment just finish this card off perfectly!
