FMS290 - Flower Hugs by Jen Timko | Mondo Hydrandgea Stamp and Dies by Ellen Hutson, Lovely Stamp by Ellen Hutson, Chameleon Color Tone Pencils, Chameleon Color Tone PensI have been waiting for today because I have something super awesome to share with you!!  Not only do we have a great sketch by the lovely Kim Singdahlsen at Freshly Made Sketches, I also finally get to share some information about a product review I did for Splitcoaststampers!

I have been using the amazing new pencils from Chameleon and I created this card by combining the Chameleon Color Tone Pens with the Color Tone Pencils.  Wow, they are great together!  I shared details and my thoughts on paper choices over at Splitcoaststampers so please check the entire review from the review team here:  CHAMELEON COLOR TONE PENCILS REVIEW

To help you understand a bit more of how the products work together, I made a quick video showing you how I did the coloring:

I made the flowers the star of the show but I could not resist adding a doily that seemed perfect for the sketch!  I used Night of Navy Baker’s Twine to coordinate with the blue in the flowers and thought this great sentiment from Ellen Hutson’s Lovely worked beautifully with the sketch.

The Freshly Made Sketches design team has created some beautiful work to inspire you and the Splitcoaststampers Review Team has samples that show many facets of these new pencils.  I’ll be back tomorrow with another card I created for the review.  Until then, have a great day!

This is lovely!! I like the simplicity of the design and your flowers look fabulous. I will watch your video later but am curious about the pencils. I just bought the pens and they are sitting on my desk just waiting for me to have time to play!!
