Jen Timko - FMS247 - Awesomely AmazingWe have an awesome surprise for you this week over at Freshly Made Sketches!!  One of our guest designers has taken on the job of sketch hostess!  Shannon Jaramillo has surely wow’d you and now she has given us a sketch that is bound to get you stamping.  Just think of all the possibilities for this one!

I thought it would be fun to use this flower image for the circle element and I hope Shannon will approve of my interpretation.  The image is from Awesomely Artistic.  I colored it using Copic Markers in pinks and light greens.  So fun to color!!  I’m continuing to try to participate in The Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge as much as I can.  I highly recommend it.  Good for your happiness!  My sentiment is (again) from Paper Pumpkin.  I added some of the new Black Metallic Thread and Black Sequins.

I think you will love playing along on this one.  Please make sure you make a special visit over to Shannon’s blog to thank her for the inspiration!  I’ll be back on Friday with this month’s Fancy Friday project and next week I have some real fun for you.  Can’t wait to share more!  See you soon!

Ha Ha! I love your interpretation of my sketch and giggle a bit because I took liberties with it as well 🙂
I have used this flower images several times, love, it, but have not tried coloring it…you have inspired me! (Which you always do anyway) I love the pop of the colors against the starkness of the black and white, and those black sequins!! Oh my! Thank you so much for the opportunity to guest design with the team and for trusting me with a sketch!
